About Me
About: Hi, I’m Sarah, and my pronouns are she/her. I believe in the power of growth and transformation, and I’m passionate about helping to empower clients to live their lives as meaningfully as possible. Whether you’re looking for ways to learn to cope with what life throws your way, to build more meaning and purpose in your life and relationships, or to improve your relationship with yourself, I’d be honored to join you on your journey.
Background: I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression in children, teens, and adults, as well as behavioral challenges experienced in children and families. I have years of experience in working collaboratively with clients and families, as well as other providers, and have worked as a school-based clinician and in community mental health. I have experience working with folks of all ages and populations, including autistic folks, clients with intellectual disabilities, and BIPOC clients. I am queer- and gender-affirming and competent.
Approaches: Providing individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and coaching, I utilize many approaches and theoretical frameworks. Some of those include psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, connected parenting, mindfulness-based approaches, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Training and Education: I graduated from Boston University’s School of Social Work in January of 2021 with my Master’s Degree in Social Work. I have extensive post-graduate training in a number of areas, some of which include:
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Attachment, Regulation and Competency Framework (ARC)
Autism and the autistic experience
Behavioral Challenges in Children and Families
